Autumn Olive Harvest Party at Villa Rosy, Assisi

Hello dear friends. I'm writing to you from my little apartment in Rome. Pinching myself that I am even writing these words!

I wanted to give you a little taste of what our Olive Harvest Party was like this year. Part of our annual Olive Harvest Tour in Umbria is spent celebrating the new oil with our friends in Assisi who have the most beautiful villa surrounded by olive groves.

Every year they invite us to join them for a small get together here. We spend the afternoon enjoying the sunshine, friends and family, food, and learning all about the "Olio Nuovo".

This new oil is truly a miracle and will change the way you think about olive oil forever. Once you taste freshly pressed, non processed oil- you will do everything you can to scout for the best oil you can get your hand on.
