Announcing The Smitten Italy Shop!

Did you ever go on a trip to Italy and return with a hole in your heart and a longing to feel a little la dolce vita every day?

Me too! That is why I'm excited to share with you the latest news about my new "baby" the Smitten Italy shop.

My husband Chris and I are avid Italophiles and food + wine lovers. When we moved back to America from Italy in 2015, we longed for some fun splashes of Italy in our lives.

We couldn't transport our neighborhood church bells, the ancient cobblestones or our favorite pizzeria- so I started creating typography designs for our family + friends that has naturally morphed into this little Smitten Italy shop. (are you #smittenwithitaly?)

I LOVE CREATING FUN DESIGNS BASED ON OUR PASSION FOR ITALY + TYPOGRAPHY.

THINK BOLD + CHEEKY WITH A DASH OF ITALIANO.

1. The Simply Ciao Shirts

Simply Ciao is the collection we can't get enough of- and neither can anyone who see us out and about in these. This comfy tri-blend t-shirt comes in Ciao, Ciao tutti, and Ciao Bella. Which would you choose?

2. The Rome Lovers Bag

I've been having a love affair with Rome for quite a few years now- and I couldn't help but create this design when thinking of all the things we love about Rome.

Namely- Carciofi (artichokes), Carbonara (one of the main pasta dishes Rome is famous for) and Caravaggio (the bad-boy artist who lived all over Italy but Rome especially has an abundance of his dark and stormy works.)

I adore him. And this bag.

3. THE KIDS COLLECTION

My kids may be teenagers now, but I still love a fun little kid-like design and have been having such fun coming up with some new designs for not only kids but also kids at heart- starting with this Holy Cannoli t-shirt. This shirt also comes in Ciao Bella, Ciao Ragazzi & Ciao Tutti.

4. The Ciao Ciao Mug

I'm kind of in love with this mug. From the simplicity of the cheeky black and white "Ciao Ciao" to the super comfy handle and weight of the mug- this mug is perfect. (believe me when I say I tested out many before landing on this one- the heft of the 15 oz. is my fave.)
